The best way to get involved in the sports shooting world is to attend an IPSC match in person. Our team went to Slovakia a couple of months ago and had loads of fun, showing of new or improved skills with equipment that’s developed by us, for our sport.
Somethings that we brought along where well pre-tested and we even saw some of the other competitors use our products. That was really cool to see.
But still, we brought some prototypes of our products that are being put through testing phases, to demonstrate new things that we are all so excited about.
It was really a joy to show off, but the best part was the feedback we got by our competitive friends, that where asking for improvements. Showing them that we are hard at work for them, by developing and improving products with one ear open for their suggestions.
Everyone had a wonderful opportunity to see around 200 contesting shooters. Some with master skills any decades of experiences who came to prove their excellence and some brand-new faces filled with excitement and curiosity.
I’m going to take this chance to tell you how great the range officers and stage designers where. They really took the time to answer many questions from the competitors as well as spectators while still having everything under their control across the competition days.
A job well done!
Spectators had many great moments to see and lots of competitors really enjoyed showing off their equipment with attention to detail for every single piece of their setup. All of the competitors behaved with true sportsman spirit.
Biggest hit was our new prototype Armanov AR Iron Sight developed by us, especially for competitions and this was the main advantage that our team leader Savo had over contenders on this match. Biggest superiority was shown on longer ranges such as seen on stages 11 and 12, that where at ranges 300 and 350 meters. Witch Savo aced naturally. Here he gained the biggest advantage over others and resulted in an overall win in his category.
Our carbon fibre Armanov AR Hand Guard with a M-LOK negative mounting system for reducing weight compared to the standard Piccadilly rail system proved to be the best mounting option on competitions by far. Professional IPSC shooting requires strong and light materials for best results.
Reduced weight compared to metallic products, resulted in better handling and overall faster aiming. Thermal resistance properties are overall better and carbon fibre will never need special treatment or water resistance coating.
Next advantage that our team had, was our very own Armanov Adjustable Gas Block for AR15 that will fit on most AR15 standard rifles because of its low-profile design, even ultra slim hand-guards fit without any problems. Port holes are compatible with all standard gas tubes so it can be installed from some pistol lengths to majority of AR15 rifle lengths. It features clickable settings for better precision and also gives feedback on the selected setting. These result in repeatability and easy operation. Made from steel that barrels are usually made of, for long-lasting results – hard and resistant steel EU-42CrMo4. (USA-4140)
Next in line for our team is definitely RDA Rifle Autumn Match this October, we will be attending as sponsors and competitors. The team is really excited for this, gives them almost the same thrill as the anticipation of the world championship in Sweden this August. In all occasions our team brings out all the big guns to show and even some prototypes still in development so that they can be championship tested. Be sure to ask them about our products, if you visit any of the future IPSC matches. See U on the range!
